GENERAL INFORMATION
Definition
Joreel is a collector’s design gallery located in eastern Poland. Joreel only refers to original works certified by artists and designers. These are one-of-a-kind pieces, in limited series or numbered – see „Elements” below. Joreel allows you to purchase them by direct order or online order via its website Joreel.pl – see „Service” below.
Implementation and acceptance of the general conditions
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales made by direct order or via the Joreel.pl website.
By placing an order, the Customer is aware of and agrees with the applicable Regulations.

CHARACTERISTICS AND PICTURES OF COMPONENTS
The products Joreel refers to are contemporary collectibles – available in unique, limited or numbered editions – and are considered individual and unique creations.
Therefore, depending on the type of materials used, the finishes may vary from item to item. For this reason, no exchange will be accepted.
High resolution photos and images of the Products are available on the website. There may be slight differences between the photographic representation of the work and the work itself. These minor differences will not be considered a defect and no order can be disputed or returned on this basis.
ONLINE ORDERS
Customers who wish to use our Service and order a Work on the website may place an order directly or register and create a personal account.
Opening a personal account
To create an account, select „My Account”. The user must provide the required information, i.e. choose a username, password and check the box agreeing to the terms of sale. The customer guarantees that the information provided in the application form is true and correct.
After the Customer registers, an account is created in his name. They can access it anytime with their username and password. This account enables them to manage the Service and track their orders on the website.
In accordance with applicable laws, Joreel is committed to protecting the personal information of its customers. However, if Customer’s information were to be deleted – due to unfortunate circumstances, power failure or other unforeseen events – at the time of agreeing to the terms, Customer acknowledges that Joreel will not be held responsible.
Online ordering
In order to order the Goods, the Customer must select the Product – any quantity – and add it to his basket.
Each order placed in the basket gives the customer the opportunity to read the description of the Product and the price before and after tax.
When placing an order, the Customer may pick up the goods on their own or ask for a delivery quote – read the regulations in the „COLLECTION AND DELIVERY” article.
If a customer requests a delivery quote, they are required to complete a form with the desired delivery address and instructions if necessary.
In order to confirm the order, the Customer is asked to confirm the invoice details, make the payment – in accordance with the conditions contained in the article „PRICE AND PAYMENT”. An e-mail accepting the payment will be sent automatically.
In the absence of payment within 5 working days from the date and time of placing the order – the sale will be canceled.
Online order confirmation
The customer will receive an order confirmation email within 3 working days after receiving the payment and checking the availability of the Product.
In the event of a temporary unavailability of an item at the time of ordering, Joreel will suspend the order and inform the customer of the new delivery date, depending on the time needed to make the new Product. If the customer does not agree to the new terms within the next 3 business days, Joreel will send an email confirming the cancellation of the order and the payment will be canceled.
In the event that an item is out of stock with an unknown remanufacture date at the time of ordering, Joreel will send you an email confirming the immediate cancellation of your purchase and payment.
Availability
Joreel sends an e-mail to the Customer as soon as the Products are available for collection at the collection address or when delivery to the Customer’s address begins – in accordance with the terms of the article „COLLECTION AND DELIVERY”.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
Prices
Prices are in euros, excluding VAT. They do not include delivery costs, which will be the subject of the valuation – see the regulations in the article „COLLECTION AND DOS TAWA”.
The total cost of the Work, excluding delivery charges, is payable at the time of order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in the case of specific arrangement.
When placing an order on the summary sheet, Polish VAT will apply for orders placed within the European Community. Only the pre-tax price will appear in the summary statement for orders placed outside the European Community. Possible customs duties, local taxes, import duties and state taxes are the responsibility of the customer – as well as declaration and payment to local authorities and organizations.
Some Products – for example, Limited Edition Products, which may vary in price depending on the number of units – are displayed without a price indication or may include a price range.
Prices are subject to change at any time at Joreel’s sole discretion.
Secure payment
Payment for Products or delivery charges is made via online bank transfer or credit/debit card. Joreel uses the Przelewy24 cyber-commerce payment platform – which complies with the distance selling security standards.
Payment by credit/debit card takes place through a secure 3DSecure transaction – Visa and MasterCard protocol – which creates an encrypted connection between the Customer and the Bank. Joreel does not have any access to the customer’s sensitive payment information.
The customer guarantees that he has the necessary permissions to use the selected payment method.
In the event of non-payment, late payment, fraud or attempted fraud regarding the use of the Service, Joreel retains the right to suspend or cancel the order.
RETENTION OF OWNERSHIP
Pursuant to this retention of title clause, the Product sold remains the property of Joreel until payment in full – including delivery charges, if applicable.
COLLECTION AND SHIPPING
The customer can choose between collecting the order on their own or delivering the order to the destination.
In the case of personal collection, the customer will receive an email from Joreel informing about availability and the address and terms of collection. The customer has 30 days to pick up the order. After this time, Joreel may charge the customer storage fees.
If the Customer requests delivery, Joreel will send you an offer including packaging, insurance, freight and possible customs clearance fees.
When asking for a delivery quote, it is the Customer’s responsibility to make sure that the dimensions of the Work are consistent with its intended use. The customer – or other designated contact person – must be present at the time of delivery and ensure that the Item has been received. The customer must ensure that his personal data – telephone number, delivery address, e-mail – are up to date. In the event of an error in the delivery process, such as the delivery address or lack of access, the Customer will be the only responsible party and will bear the additional delivery costs for a new delivery of the Work.
RETURN AND REPLACEMENT
In the case of personal collection, the Customer or his carrier must check the condition and compliance of the Work. We do not accept complaints after receipt.
When delivered via Joreel and its shipping partners, any claim regarding insured goods must be addressed to Joreel within 48 hours of receipt of shipment (with photos of goods and proof of delivery). Any overdue claims will be rejected. If the dispute leads to a refund, Joreel will refund the sale amount.
Cancellation and right of retraction
Joreel cannot accept the cancellation or return of Items that are made to order. Once your order has been confirmed, we cannot cancel your order and you must pay the full amount of the order.
In the case of Goods in stock when ordering online via Joreel.pl, the Customer has 14 days from receiving the goods to send it back. The customer may exercise the right to withdraw from Joreel after sending an e-mail to hello@Joreel.pl.
Joreel will refund the order. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The item must be returned undamaged, in its original packaging and in the exact condition in which it was received.
The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply if: the item was made to order or the Customer does not belong to the European Economic Area (EU Member States and Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein), in accordance with the current regulation.
PERSONAL DATA
Joreel collects the personal data of its Customers as part of its Service: this includes opening a personal account, processing the order and registering for the newsletter. Personal data is computerized. The collected data is used and made available by Joreel only for the purpose of handling orders, sending the occasional newsletter and providing the service.
The right to access, correct, delete and object on legitimate grounds in relation to these name and personal data – respecting your rights and respecting the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), we declare that we undertake to maintain the security and confidentiality of the personal data obtained. – In order to change data or delete them from our records, please send a letter addressed to Joreel, Aleja Kościuszki 40, 2140 Łuków, Poland, or to the e-mail address hello@joreel.pl
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the present website belong to Joreel and/or their partners and are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction of elements of the site is prohibited, unless otherwise agreed with Joreel.
APPLICABLE RIGHTS – JURISDICTIONS
These terms and conditions are subject to Polish law.
In the event of disputes related to the interpretation or execution of these conditions, the Polish courts will be the sole arbitrator.
COMMENCEMENT DATE
These regulations apply from April 1, 2023.
